ClaimCheck is an informational tool only. The analysis and appeal letters generated by the Service do not constitute legal advice, medical advice, or professional billing advocacy. Results are AI-generated and should be reviewed by you before taking action.

We recommend consulting with a medical billing advocate, attorney, or your insurance company for complex disputes or high-value claims.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While our AI is designed to identify common billing errors, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. Specifically:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaimCheck and Wolf Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Missed deadlines for filing appeals or disputes.
• Errors or omissions in the analysis results.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific scan in question.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. Appeal letters and analysis reports generated by the Service are provided for your personal use. You may use, modify, and distribute generated appeal letters as needed for your billing disputes.

Changes to These Terms
